The referral process is quick and simple
Phone Jo direct on 07931 478599. If she isn’t available to speak with you at the time, then please leave a message and she will get back to you as quickly as possible.
Alternatively you can get in touch via email (connect@sagepsych.co.uk), with the best time for a call back. She will then contact you to discuss your client’s needs and the reason for referral.
After your initial telephone conversation, we will send across an estimate of fees specific to your client’s needs, together with our Terms and Conditions of Business.
Once the fees have been agreed, you will need to send authorisation to proceed via email, along with our signed and dated Terms and Conditions.
Jo will then get in touch with the client to arrange a first appointment
